Family Life Specialist and Coach

Diane has spent the past 25 years learning and teaching about child development, parent-teen relationships, parenting styles, and family dynamics. She has a passion for understanding what motivates adults to build relationships and change their behaviors, especially as it relates to family situations. Training small group leaders to work with adults in a style that is energizing - never boring - brings her joy. As a Life Coach, trained through the accredited Institute for Life Coach Training, Diane is able to fulfill her life purpose statement which reads,    "I creatively inspire people to understand themselves and find God's direction for their lives."

Christian Youth Director

Janice works with parents, students and professionals in a variety of settings. Janice, a certified teacher, has experience counseling youth groups, conducting family life seminars, teaching early childhood and young adult classes, and administering an education department including staff development and training. Janice’s experience with all ages provides the framework for creating curriculum which focuses on the whole family within Family Impact.
